1. Cancellation Policy
For E-Books & Trading Materials
You may cancel your order within 7 days of receiving the digital materials.
A full refund will be issued provided the materials have not been misused, redistributed, copied, shared, or resold.
For Courses
Our seminar courses include a free demo class.
After attending the demo, you may select a paid course from our pricing options available at:

Once enrolled:
- You may request a refund within 3 days from the date of joining.
- A valid and appropriate reason must be provided.
- Refunds will not be approved for partial usage, attending multiple classes, or once a substantial portion of the course has been consumed.

3. Your Order Cancellation Rights
You may cancel your order within 7 days without giving a reason.
The cancellation period begins from:
- The day you receive the trading materials, or
- The day a third party (other than the carrier) receives the materials on your behalf.

Refund Timeline:
We will process your refund within 7 days of receiving the returned materials.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, with no additional fees.
4. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must have been purchased within the last 7 days.
- Physical materials must be in original, unused condition.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Customized or personalised trading materials
- Items that expire quickly or deteriorate
- Digital products that have been accessed, viewed, or downloaded
- Unsealed items that pose hygiene or safety risks
- Materials mixed inseparably with other items after delivery
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
Items on Sale
Discounted, promotional, or sale items cannot be refunded, unless required by law.

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase:
- You will receive a gift credit equal to the return value.

If the gift was sent to the purchaser first, the refund will be issued to the original buyer.
